Welcome! Thank you for visiting and for joining me on this journey of expanded consciousness... Within the simplicity of your BEing, you pave the way for others to be true which creates a ripple effect of healing. So, thank you for your contribution of just BEing.

I'm MJ, short for Melodie Joy. I created this space to focus on emotional clearing because at the core of who we are lies joy, peace and prosperity.

...But sometimes life seems to get in the way and we begin looking outside of ourselves to feel complete; merely existing rather than living. In this, I found myself riddled with anxiety, depression and chronic illness for most of my life.

I've always had a deep fascination with my inner world of feeling, how thoughts and emotions filter our perception and shape our experience.

I reflected on that place of childlike wonder and joyful glee when I felt free to just be... I had a zest for life, my imagination ran wild, and the world was like my own personal simulation.

That feeling place is our birthright, and I wanted to reignite the flame of personal power before the wounds of the world got a hold on me.

To get back to the root of it, I began exploring the alchemy of emotion which paved the way back to that sacred place, where inner prosperity resides. 🫖🎉

When we transmute everything in the way of our innate treasure, we manifest abundance from the inside out. We return home to wholeness.

I was enthralled to discover that hypnotherapy IS the art of emotional alchemy which lights the way and rekindles our inner flame giving rise to peace, passion, purpose and ultimately inner prosperity.

This led me here, to hold the lamp for others so that they may also find their way back home.
