What Will You Gain From Hypnotherapy?
In the context of self-realization and inner prosperity through hypnotherapy, the lotus flower serves as a powerful metaphor. Just as the lotus rises above the muddy waters to blossom in the light, hypnotherapy helps individuals transcend their subconscious limitations and negative patterns, allowing them to tap into their inner wisdom and potential.
Hypnotherapy has a range of benefits, from addressing personal issues to cultivating deeper connections, including those with soulmates. It can be an effective tool for connecting with your core self through emotional clearing, promoting self-awareness, and addressing deeply rooted issues.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is an innate and therapeutic approach that uses self-hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, facilitating changes in thoughts, behaviors, and feelings.
Self-hypnosis is a therapeutic technique, much like meditation, that induces a state of deep relaxation or focused attention on a specific intention, in order to access unconscious solutions.
In this highly self-aware state, individuals can explore and address underlying thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to their challenges or goals.
Fears, phobias, and limited beliefs are rooted in the subconscious mind. Unconscious beliefs or repressed/suppressed emotions can form our thoughts, perception, and behaviors, which ultimately create our experience. Once these unconscious beliefs, wounds or emotions are realized and transmuted, the way is made clear.
It’s important to note that hypnotherapy is not a form of mind control or manipulation. Individuals undergoing hypnotherapy remain in control of their thoughts, actions, and behaviors at all times and cannot be made to do anything against their will.
The effectiveness of hypnotherapy depends on the individual’s willingness to participate and their responsiveness to the therapeutic suggestions provided by the hypnotherapist.
Overall, hypnotherapy offers a safe, gentle, and effective approach to promoting positive change and personal growth by innately accessing the power of the subconscious mind to reframe or transmute unconscious wounds or conditioning.
What is the Difference Between Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy?
While psychotherapy or talk therapy can be very beneficial, it may work with individuals from a conscious or busy beta brainwave level (monkey mind). While this can help client’s to identify and objectify their problems it may not always effectively achieve complete resolution if it perpetuates the ‘problem loop’.
Hypnosis, on the other hand, heals from a deep level of subconscious awareness at the core level of self. This unconscious mind or right brain utilizes 90% of the brain and is more organic and connected to the higher self. It also houses our intuition, memories, emotions, habits, beliefs, and bodily functions. This is what creates our experience /perception and drives our ambitions OR suppresses them through unconscious programming.
Our conscious mind or left brain uses 10% of the brain and is responsible for critical or analytical thinking, this is known as beta and usually where we spend most of our waking hours creating problems, narrating our lives, judging, criticizing, analyzing and overthinking.
By relaxing the busy thinking mind for longer periods of time, brainwave frequency slows down which permits the unconscious mind to become more active.
This meditative trance-like state is known to promote a deeper sense of peace, interconnectedness and overall-well-being by permitting the body to undergo a natural clearing process without the interference of the busy conscious mind.
In the 1950s, hypnosis was approved as a valid therapeutic modality by the American and British Medical Associations. Research studies have even indicated that 6 sessions of hypnotherapy have a 93% recovery rate while 600 sessions of psychotherapy have a recovery rate of 38%.
Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.
C.G Jung
What is Hypnotherapy like?
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis which is simply a more sustained relaxed (theta brainwave) pattern. This higher brainwave state is also referred to as SUPER conscious.
We flow in and out of this trance-like state all day long like when we’re daydreaming, watching a moving, reading a book or driving on autopilot (referred to as highway hypnosis).
Becoming extremely engaged in something that allows your mind to focus or drift away is actually a form of trance or hypnosis, so essentially, anyone can be “hypnotized.”
Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is not sleep. It does not induce amnesia or black outs, it’s not a “truth serum”. You can share whatever you feel comfortable sharing. If hypnosis were in fact “mind control”, as falsely depicted in movies and stage shows, than we would all probably be billionaires or aspiring to be a hypnotist.
Hypnotherapy is natural state of allowing and just being where you are…more tuned in to your higher mind and authentic self. It is much like having an in-depth, expansive conversation with various parts of yourself.
In this highly self-aware state, you are naturally tuned in to any self-limiting unconscious blocks and guided to transmute them through higher understanding and love.
In turn, this process innately imparts whole body healing through a renewed sense of well-being, connection and wholeness, hereby awakening unrealized potential and sense of purpose.
During the ages of 2–7 years old, this is our most natural state which is why children are so tuned in, joyful, carefree, creative and imaginative.
“This is not about being super human, this is about realizing that being human is SUPER” – Sadhguru
Imagination is more powerful than knowledge. Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions.

In the garden of our minds, negative thoughts and limiting beliefs can often take root like stubborn weeds, choking out the potential for growth and transformation.
But with the power of hypnosis, we can clear away these mental obstacles and plant seeds of positive change that blossom into a flourishing inner landscape.
With gentle guidance, through self-realization, we alchemize unconscious hindrances and realign with inner truth. We cultivate thought patterns and beliefs that align with our most authentic self to nourish our inner garden, cultivating a life of peace, prosperity, power and possibilities.
With each session, we refine and nurture the seeds of our intentions, watering them with positive affirmations, visualization, and positive reinforcement.
Over time, these seeds take root, sending out tendrils of growth and vitality that permeate every aspect of our lives. With patience, persistence, and perseverance, we can cultivate a vibrant inner landscape where wellness, joy, and abundance thrive.
